Job Summary

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst with experience in the healthcare domain. The role involves analyzing healthcare data, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decisions to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, clean, and analyze healthcare datasets
Identify trends in patient data, claims, and operations
Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools
Collaborate with clinical, business, and IT teams
Ensure data accuracy and compliance (HIPAA)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, IT, or related field
Minimum 2 years of Data Analyst experience
Experience with healthcare data preferred
Strong SQL and Excel skills

Preferred Skills

Power BI or Tableau experience
Knowledge of HL7, FHIR
Experience with EHR/EMR data
