Role overview

We are looking for an entry-level Data Coordinator who is highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable handling administrative and data-related work. This role supports accurate data handling, reporting, and day-to-day information management for internal operations.

Key responsibilities

Gather data from different sources, arrange it systematically, and keep records current.
Enter information, verify it, and run quality checks to protect data accuracy and reliability.
Manage databases, files, and other data management tools.
Prepare routine reports, dashboards, and concise data summaries for internal teams.
Track data consistency, spot mismatches, and help resolve issues quickly.
Work with cross-functional teams to collect and update business information.
Support documentation, governance practices, and record-keeping processes.
Contribute to process improvement efforts that strengthen data quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Comfort using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Exposure to databases, data systems, or SQL is helpful.
Clear written and spoken communication skills.
Ability to handle several tasks at once and meet deadlines.
