About the Role

Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to all food hygiene regulations, particularly following the HACCP system.
• Manage food preparation and service in compliance with HACCP and food hygiene procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including performing deep cleaning tasks.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons.
• Ensure proper stock rotation practices are followed.
• Keep all work areas consistently clean and organized.
• Undertake other reasonable duties as assigned by management to support departmental operations.

Requirements

• Possess a valid work permit for employment in Galway, Ireland.
• Maintain high personal standards with a keen eye for detail.
• Exhibit strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Possess excellent interpersonal abilities.
• A working knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP is advantageous.
• Show a strong interest in enhancing food preparation techniques and culinary knowledge.
• Demonstrate flexibility and the capacity to work autonomously.
