Role Overview

The organization is hiring a Demand Planning Manager for its Riyadh operation. This position will be responsible for creating a unified demand planning function across hospital clusters and turning historical usage data into replenishment plans that help prevent stockouts and limit excess inventory.

What You’ll Do

• Create and update consolidated demand forecasts spanning all 20 hospital clusters.
• Set up the processes, operating framework, and governance model for demand planning.
• Work closely with Procurement to ensure replenishment planning matches supplier lead times.
• Study usage trends, seasonal shifts, and variations in demand across clusters.
• Lead and support a team of Demand Planners, including 2 direct reports.
• Give Holdco leadership clear insight into demand signals and inventory exposure.

Requirements

Applicants should bring at least 7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management. The role calls for hands-on experience with statistical forecasting tools and ERP platforms, along with strong Excel and analytical capabilities. Familiarity with BI tools is considered helpful. A background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG is preferred. Arabic language skills are an advantage, while fluency in English is mandatory.
