Role overview
This position sits within a major, high-stakes programme in Mumbai that demands exceptional quality, tight control and strong professional standards. The assignment involves working with a major client and a highly capable team in a strictly regulated setting where integrity, precision and project experience are especially important.
What you will do
- Handle project documentation and information in accordance with company procedures and platform standards.
- Set up onboarding and system access for internal teams as well as external collaborators.
- Review incoming documents for quality and accuracy, and keep distribution lists up to date.
- Keep the work package register current and ensure documents are routed to the right work packages.
- Run system-generated reports and manage access permissions for users.
- Support key document workflows, including RFIs, while helping advance net-zero objectives.
What you need
- A degree is mandatory, along with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical knowledge across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
- Hands-on experience across the full construction delivery lifecycle, ideally on complex, highly regulated or mission-critical projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders and provide leadership.
- Professional qualification in a related field or recognised membership is required.
