E-Commerce Operations Intern

About the internship

This internship offers hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations within a fast-moving online retail environment. The role is focused on supporting product listings, coordinating with brands and suppliers, and helping keep day-to-day marketplace activity running smoothly. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel along with clear communication in Hindi and English will be important for success in this position.

What you’ll do

• Help manage product listing work on e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with around 70 to 80 brands or suppliers and follow up to help ensure deliveries happen on time.
• Track brand queries and feedback, then respond quickly and professionally over WhatsApp.
• Assist the e-commerce team with product information and document collection needed for smooth brand onboarding.
• Share ideas that can improve internal workflows and enhance the customer experience.

Compensation

The internship stipend is INR 5,000 to 7,000 per month. If converted into a full-time role, the expected salary is INR 200,000 to 220,000 per year.
