About the Role
The Executive Assistant will support the CEO along with one to two additional Partners. This role is central to the company’s daily operations, helping keep the team organized and ensuring candidates and clients receive a high level of care. The ideal candidate is sharp, trustworthy, and takes strong ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate calendars, organize schedules, and manage logistics for both internal and external meetings.
- Edit and format client-facing materials and deliverables.
- Support special assignments and ad hoc projects as needed.
- Arrange travel for both internal team members and executive candidates.
- Handle end-to-end recruiting coordination, including interview scheduling, in-person meetings, and candidate travel.
- Oversee a large volume of scheduling requests and respond promptly to candidate questions.
- Help plan company offsites, team gatherings, holiday celebrations, and similar events.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Two to three years of relevant professional experience are required.
- Strong organizational ability, along with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfort using AI-based productivity tools and quick to adapt to new software.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing details or deadlines.
- High level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant direction.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well across all levels of the organization.
