직무 설명
Role Overview
This role focuses on supporting the full employee lifecycle during the early months of employment, with special attention to probation tracking, confirmation, induction, and onboarding follow-up. The position also helps ensure that job scorecards and appraisal-related documentation are in place and aligned with each role.
Probation and Confirmation
- Track new hires on a monthly basis using their joining date and the end of probation timeline.
- Maintain an updated list of employees awaiting probation confirmation.
- Make sure approved salary increments after probation are applied from the employee’s sixth month onward.
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process by ensuring line managers send self-appraisal forms to employees and then meet with both the employee and reporting manager for the appraisal discussion.
Job Scorecards
- Support the preparation and distribution of job scorecards for employees.
- Ensure every job description is properly matched to the relevant position title by defining responsibilities, accountability areas, and KPIs through the scorecard.
Induction and Onboarding
- Assist with the induction of newly hired employees.
- Handle joining formalities such as biometric registration, bank account documentation, employee contracts, and location-related setup.
- Carry out follow-up calls and emails to new joiners during their first six months.
- Help implement a buddy program for new employees during their first three months.
