About the Company

Role Overview
The Factory Manager will oversee the production of powder-based products such as adhesives and mortars, ensuring the plant runs efficiently and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
This role covers end-to-end factory operations, including production planning, quality control, raw material oversight, manpower coordination, maintenance planning, safety management, and cost monitoring. The manager will be responsible for keeping operations steady, ensuring dispatches happen on time, and maintaining reliable product performance.
