Role Overview
This position is for a finance professional in the manufacturing sector, based in Gurugram. The role calls for someone who can handle routine accounting and finance operations with accuracy and confidence.
Core Experience Needed
The ideal candidate should be a semi-qualified CA or an accountant with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. The work will involve accounting, accounts payable, vendor disbursements, bookkeeping, tax deduction at source, GST compliance, MIS preparation, reconciliations, and month-end closing tasks.
Technical Requirements
A solid grasp of accounting principles is essential, along with practical exposure to ERP systems.
Candidate Profile
Applicants with an MBA, semi-qualified CA background, or an M.Com qualification are suitable for this role, provided they have good knowledge of finance.
Work Arrangement
The role follows a 5-day working schedule and includes 2 days of work from home.
