Role Overview

The Housekeeper will work on site in Santuri and be responsible for keeping guest rooms, shared spaces, and other hotel areas neat, sanitary, and well maintained. The position involves routine cleaning, linen changes, bathroom upkeep, vacuuming, replenishing amenities, laundry support, and following the hotel’s cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Duties

In this role, you will help ensure that guests enjoy a clean, orderly, and pleasant environment throughout their stay. You will also respond to guest needs in a timely manner and contribute to smooth day-to-day housekeeping operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ability to carry out housekeeping work, including laundry and maintaining tidy spaces
• Good communication and customer service skills for dealing with guests and coworkers
• Strong organizational ability to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize work
• Prior exposure to housekeeping or related training is an added advantage
• Careful attention to detail and consistent adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Willingness to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Positive attitude and ability to stay effective in a busy, fast-moving environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Santuri, West Bengal, India.
