About the company
Estrel Berlin is one of Europe’s largest hotel, congress, and entertainment venues, combining 1,125 rooms and suites, four restaurants, three bars, a multifunctional congress center, and Berlin’s most successful live show, “Stars in Concert.” With around 1,200 events held each year, the property plays a leading role as a venue for conferences and events. A team of 550 employees from 23 nations serves national and international guests and clients. The Estrel Tower is currently being developed and is scheduled to expand the Estrel world by the end of 2026.

Key responsibilities
- Carry out quality and standard checks in guest rooms.
- Inspect VIP rooms and ensure they are stocked daily.
- Prepare and monitor repair requests.
- Manage lost-and-found items.
- Handle guest laundry and verify the results after processing.
- Address guest requests directly or pass them to the relevant service providers, then follow up on completion.
Candidate profile
- Initial professional experience in housekeeping management or a similar hotel housekeeping role is required.
- Completed vocational training in hotel management is preferred.
- You should bring strong professional knowledge, flexibility, and a high awareness of quality.
- Experience with Protel (PMS) and MS Office is an advantage.
- Very good interpersonal and etiquette skills are expected.
- Good German language skills at minimum level B2 are required.
