Role summary
This contract-based, part-time opportunity is for an HR professional supporting a client’s work on next-generation AI systems. The role is remote and open to candidates located anywhere, with the chance to contribute practical HR expertise to AI model training and improvement.
What you will do
- Refresh, create, and maintain HR policies, handbooks, and standard document templates so they reflect current best practices and legal requirements.
- Map out onboarding journeys and employee lifecycle processes, then improve them to make operations more efficient.
- Provide guidance on HR compliance and employee relations matters, and prepare reference materials and training support content.
- Develop and assess employee-facing communications and change-management approaches for clearer internal messaging.
- Use real-world HR knowledge to help review and improve AI-based HR tools and resources.
What the client is looking for
- Hands-on background in HR policy writing, compliance, and operations, with familiarity with regulatory expectations.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including the capability to shape effective employee communications.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for evaluating and improving HR workflows.
- Comfort working independently while also collaborating with a distributed remote team.
- Interest in AI applications in HR and readiness to learn while contributing domain expertise.
Compensation and opportunity
The payout for this role is $10 to $36 per hour. This position is offered on a part-time contract basis and provides an opportunity to help influence the future of HR operations within an AI-focused environment.
