Role Summary

The resort is looking for a practical, hands-on Information Technology Supervisor to oversee daily IT activity and keep technology running smoothly for guests and staff.

This position focuses on supporting the resort’s IT environment, maintaining core infrastructure, resolving technical problems, coordinating with service providers, and helping ensure dependable digital services across the property.

Core Duties

• Deliver first- and second-line technical support to end users across the resort.
• Administer and maintain the network environment, including switches, Wi-Fi coverage, and internet connectivity.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization systems.
• Oversee guest- and property-facing technology such as PMS, IPTV, CCTV, telephony, and internet services.
• Liaise with external vendors as well as corporate IT teams when coordination is needed.
• Carry out backups, software updates, and scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Help enforce IT security requirements and internal policy compliance.
• Keep IT records, documentation, and inventory information accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to IT projects and technology enhancements throughout the resort.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support, system administration, or network operations is required.

Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and virtualization is expected.

Experience in hospitality technology is considered an added advantage.

The role also calls for strong diagnostic ability, clear communication, good interpersonal skills, and the confidence to work independently while handling several priorities in a busy environment.
