Role overview

Helic & Co. is hiring a Junior Project Manager to help steer projects from planning through delivery in a fully remote setup. This position is suited to someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow a career in project coordination and delivery.

What you will do

Support the end-to-end running of projects, from kickoff through completion.
Help set up and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Monitor progress, keep schedules current, and track budgets and milestones.
Keep communication flowing between internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
Draft project documents, status reports, and presentation materials.
Spot risks or blockers early and assist with corrective actions.
Measure project performance against defined goals and KPIs.
Work with both Agile and traditional project management approaches as needed.
Help ensure delivery stays on schedule and within agreed scope.

What we are looking for

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely related subject.
Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities.
Good verbal and written communication skills, plus strong interpersonal skills.
Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Awareness of project management platforms such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
The ability to juggle several priorities and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred background

Exposure to project delivery methods such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
CAPM or PMP certification, or active progress toward one of these credentials.
Experience handling budgets and allocating resources.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
