About the Role

The resort is looking to hire a Lobby Greeter for the Front Services team, specifically within Bell & Door. This position focuses on creating a polished first impression, guiding guests through the lobby, and supporting the wider front-of-house operation.

Key Duties

  • Welcome every guest entering the lobby with a sincere, friendly greeting.
  • Direct visitors to the front desk, concierge, or other resort areas and escort them when needed.
  • Recognize VIP arrivals and help coordinate a smooth arrival experience.
