About the Role

Kahiki Foods, a CJ Foods affiliate, is looking to hire immediately for a local CDL Class B route driver in Athens, GA. This position supports well-known retail food brands, including Red Baron®, Tony's®, and Freschetta® pizzas; Mrs. Smith's® and Edwards® desserts; and bibigo® and Pagoda® Asian-style snacks.

Compensation and Schedule

Annual pay range: $58,000 to $60,000
Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Weekly off days: Sunday and Wednesday

Key Duties

In this field-based driving role, you will complete local delivery routes to grocery stores so products are stocked and available for customers.

Follow the assigned daily route and meet service standards
Unload merchandise, place it in the back room, and collect delivery proof
Use handheld devices to finish daily tasks
Develop positive in-store relationships and collaborate well with teammates in a busy setting
Observe DOT rules and complete vehicle inspections

Candidate Profile

Prior experience in delivery, grocery, or warehouse environments
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
Ability to satisfy medical certification requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
Capable of safely lifting 35 pounds and moving frozen goods with proper equipment
Must pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical before employment
