About the Company

Role Purpose
This position is responsible for improving the performance of mobility operations through strong measurement, reporting, KPI tracking, SLA management, and process optimization. The role combines data analysis, strategic planning, and operational oversight to help ensure services are delivered efficiently to guests, staff, and other approved users.
A major part of the job is to build and refine the metrics, dashboards, and business intelligence reports needed to monitor performance, support decision-making, and strengthen delivery standards across multi-modal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the daily operations dashboard, ensuring the data accurately reflects operational status and any exceptions.
- Create and roll out operational approaches that fit the changing needs of the mobility sector.
- Spot performance patterns and convert them into practical process improvements.
- Track and assess delivery against client KPIs.
- Work with different teams to consistently meet or improve customer expectations and service targets.
- Support team development through coaching, direction, and guidance.
- Build a cooperative, high-performance team environment suited to mobility operations.
- Keep operational plans aligned with changes in the mobility landscape.
- Drive a continuous improvement mindset across the operation.
- Find opportunities to streamline and automate processes while considering the specific needs of transportation services.
- Define operational KPIs that suit the mobility environment.
- Review performance data, prepare regular reports, and share findings with stakeholders.
- Take corrective action when operational issues arise within mobility services.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by management in support of team and business success.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required; a master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in operations and service delivery, ideally within mobility or professional services.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication, plus solid interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills with a sound understanding of the mobility sector.
- Hands-on experience with BI platforms, analytics tools, data mining, performance measurement, and reporting.
Additional Skills and Working Style
- Comfort working on several tasks at once in a high-pressure, high-volume environment.
- Ability to coordinate service delivery activities such as scheduling, routing, and logistics.
- Capable of solving operational problems, including issues caused by disruptions, incidents, weather, or regulatory changes.
- Skilled at building productive relationships with suppliers to balance cost efficiency and service quality.
- Uses data effectively to guide decisions and improve service delivery performance.
- Works well with internal teams, vendors, and customers through clear communication.
- Can adapt plans and routes quickly when conditions change to keep services running smoothly.
- Familiar with transportation management software and related tools.
- Strong at identifying efficiency gains and cost-saving opportunities through analysis and problem solving.
