Manager - Education Strategy

Role overview

Qiddiya is looking for a Manager of Education Strategy to set and steer the direction of its education portfolio. This position centers on market intelligence, strategic planning, engagement with key stakeholders, and helping shape education assets so they fit the organization’s vision and the needs of the market.

Responsibilities

• Study the education landscape in depth to spot trends, market openings, and unmet needs, using market sounding and benchmarking where needed.
• Create and execute strategies that help grow and improve Qiddiya’s education asset portfolio while staying aligned with broader business goals.
• Carry out feasibility reviews, demand assessments, and analytical modelling to support informed decisions.
• Partner with internal teams, including real estate and development functions, to keep education asset planning and delivery aligned.
• Build and maintain working relationships with external bodies such as the Ministry of Education (MoE), MISA, RCRC, and other relevant organizations.
• Work alongside the Ministry of Education on planning and enabling public school offerings within Qiddiya.
• Assist in selecting operators by conducting research, assessing options, and completing internal due diligence.
• Prepare and roll out Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with relevant stakeholders to attract and choose appropriate operators.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required; a master’s degree would be advantageous.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in education strategy, program management, or management consulting.
• Previous experience in a management consulting setting is mandatory.
