Job Summary

The Non-Inventory Receiver plays a crucial role in managing the flow of non-inventory items such as MRO supplies, packaging materials, safety equipment, and tools. This position involves operating PIT equipment, accurately receiving and storing non-inventory goods, organizing supplies, maintaining inventory levels, entering data into the Coupa system, investigating missing shipments, and assisting with payment inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Offload and accurately store all incoming units.
• Organize and manage shipping supplies effectively.
• Receive goods into Amazon's purchasing system, Coupa.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts using the Amazon Purchasing System.
• Distribute shipping supplies and consumables to relevant departments.
• Support the Procurement Analyst with stock management of shipping supplies.
• Provide coaching to associates on safe work practices.
• Report all job-related injuries to the area manager immediately.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk for up to 12-hour shifts, and perform frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays, and adapt to different work areas.
