Role Summary
The Podgorica office needs an Office Manager to keep administrative work, office routines, and workplace initiatives running smoothly. The role is centered on maintaining an organized, efficient, and positive office environment while helping improve internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage day-to-day office activities and People-related administrative support, assist employees with general requests, coordinate hardware assets, and work with HQ IT to resolve technical problems.
You will also help shape the office layout, keep the workspace orderly, liaise with vendors such as cleaning, catering, and security providers, and make sure office issues are identified and resolved quickly.
Additional duties include planning on-site or off-site events and conferences, supporting equipment procurement and office standards, maintaining a sustainable work environment, managing office supplies, and overseeing benefits administration such as health insurance and gym programs.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Candidates should have prior experience in an Office Manager role or a similar position, along with practical familiarity with office equipment. Strong multitasking, prioritization, organization, and planning abilities are essential, especially in a fast-paced setting.
The role also requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, excellent written and verbal communication, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to suggest and implement improvements. Fluency in both English and Montenegrin is required.
