Role Purpose

The Office Manager will take ownership of the smooth daily running of the workplace, making sure office operations are organised, efficient, and well supported. The position is hands-on, varied, and important to shaping a positive employee experience.

The role is primarily responsible for the Dublin office and also supports the Plano office in coordination with colleagues and local stakeholders. It involves overseeing facilities, health and safety, vendors, access controls, parking, mail, and general workplace support to help maintain professional and welcoming offices.
