This opportunity is for a Business Operations Coordinator supporting the Services Leadership Team in New York, NY. The role is focused on keeping daily operations running smoothly, maintaining business rhythms on schedule, and helping leaders plan, coordinate, and follow through on key activities so the organization stays aligned.

The pay range for this role is $45.00 to $54.00 per hour.

Leadership cadence and content support

• Organize staff meetings, offsites, and business review sessions.
• Make sure meeting inputs are gathered, decisions are captured, and action items are followed through.
• Keep the Services planning calendar current and aligned with company-wide timelines.
• Help prepare internal presentations and status updates.

Operational execution

• Monitor headcount and open positions in collaboration with People and Recruiting teams.
• Assist with budget tracking and request-approval workflows alongside Finance.
• Work with cross-functional partners on workforce planning and location strategy activities.
• Build and update ad hoc reports and trackers as required.
• Support business continuity activities and other operational initiatives.

Culture, engagement, and alignment

• Partner with the People Partner on onboarding, engagement efforts, and internal communications.
• Help coordinate engagement touchpoints such as pulse surveys, recognition activities, and event logistics.
• Support smooth information flow across the organization by preparing reminders, follow-ups, and updates.

Compensation and pay transparency

The standard base pay for this role in the U.S. is $45.00 to $54.00 per hour. Because this is a non-exempt position, overtime is paid at 1.5 times the base hourly rate for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek, or as otherwise required by state or local law. Final pay will depend on skills, education, and experience.
