Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test plans utilizing Load Runner and JMeter.
• Analyze test results to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and offer practical solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed performance testing within the software development lifecycle.
• Employ Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnostics to guarantee optimal application performance.
• Generate comprehensive reports and documentation detailing test findings and recommendations.

Additional Responsibilities

• Possess knowledge in multiple technologies.
• Understand fundamental Architecture and Design principles.
• Familiarity with various Testing tools.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Comprehend Project lifecycle activities for both development and maintenance projects.
• Familiarity with one or more Estimation methodologies and Quality processes.
• Basic understanding of the business domain to grasp business requirements.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills, coupled with effective communication.
• Exhibit a good grasp of technology and the relevant domain.
• Show a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modeling methods.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging capabilities.

Technical and Professional Requirements

Proficiency in Performance Testing tools such as Jmeter and Load Runner is essential. A broad understanding of Performance Testing concepts is required.

Educational Requirements

Candidates should hold an MCA, MSc, MTech, Bachelor of Engineering, BCA, BSc, or BTech degree.
