Planning Engineer

Overview

We are hiring a Planning Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Rabigh, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The position is centered on building project plans, tracking execution, and supporting coordination across all parties involved in delivery.

What you’ll do

• Create and update project timelines, schedules, and budget plans.
• Track progress regularly and prepare clear status updates and reports.
• Work closely with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Support on-time and within-budget completion of project deliverables.
• Examine technical drawings and assist with planning-related tasks.
• Take part in project meetings and provide planning input throughout execution.

What we’re looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Network & Communication Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and prepare material and cost estimates.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Comfort using project management software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication, reporting, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, contract requirements, and project control practices.
