Opportunity Overview
The University of Cape Coast in Ghana is looking for qualified academics to join the Department of Vocational and Technical Education within the Faculty of Science and Technology Education, College of Education Studies. The appointment is for a Professor role in Cape Coast, Central Region.

Academic and Professional Requirements
Applicants must meet the standards expected for appointment at Associate Professor level, hold a PhD in the relevant specialization, and be able to present additional proof of research or professional accomplishments. Candidates should also have either at least two years of teaching experience as an Associate Professor or substantial teaching and research experience in a university or similar institution.
In addition, applicants need to have at least eight refereed publications in their specialization since the last promotion to Associate Professor, or a total of twenty refereed publications since being appointed Senior Lecturer. All publications must have been reviewed and accepted by external assessors.

Interested candidates who satisfy the requirements should complete the application form and submit it to the Registrar, University of Cape Coast, Cape Coast. The form can be obtained from the Directorate of Human Resources or the university website. Applicants must also arrange for three referees to send written reports directly to the same address.
