Role overview
ACQUA Global - Água e Saneamento is looking for a junior/associate-level Project Manager to help organize, coordinate, and monitor projects across multiple teams in a remote-first setting within the United States. This position suits someone who is comfortable keeping tasks on track, working with stakeholders, and helping deliver work within agreed timelines and scope.
Key responsibilities
- Help shape project plans, schedules, task lists, and milestone tracking.
- Work with teams from different functions to keep deliverables moving toward completion on time.
- Share progress updates, risks, and project changes with stakeholders.
- Assist with assigning resources, maintaining documentation, and preparing project reports.
- Look for ways to improve workflows and make project delivery more efficient.
- Join meetings and contribute to planning and execution discussions.
Requirements
- Junior/associate-level profile with around 0–3+ years of experience.
- Background in project coordination, project management, or a similar field; internship experience is also acceptable.
- Working knowledge of project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Strong ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
- Clear communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Must be located in the United States and legally authorized to work full-time.
