Project Manager

About the role

Join a growing Singapore team at a global healthcare software company focused on building technology that improves patient care. In this role, you will manage implementation projects for healthcare organizations, support new customers as they adopt the software, and help ensure successful go-lives. The work includes travel across Singapore, presenting to hospital leadership, shaping practical care tools, coordinating training for end users, and making sure healthcare teams feel supported throughout the rollout.

You will have room to make important decisions independently, with guidance and backing from the wider team. Prior software experience is not required.

What the job involves

• Leading software implementation projects for healthcare organizations.
• Supporting new customers as they transition onto the platform.
• Working with hospital leadership to present plans and progress.
• Designing care workflows and tools that fit clinical needs.
• Coordinating training for end users before and during go-live.
• Helping healthcare providers through launch and post-launch support.
• Traveling within Singapore and periodically to the United States for training and ongoing visits.

Eligibility and requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Applicants must be Singapore citizens only.
• Strong written and spoken English skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel to the United States for up to three months of training, plus periodic trips afterward, is necessary.
• Candidates must be able to visit healthcare organizations that may require immunizations and testing.
• Employment is conditional on having the required COVID-19 vaccinations and providing proof during pre-employment verification.
• A record of strong academic performance or professional achievement is expected.
