Role Summary

This position is for a Project Manager in Jeddah or Riyadh, available on a part-time or full-time basis with a hybrid working arrangement. The role is built around execution, ownership, and growth, with responsibility for taking projects from start to finish while contributing directly to operational expansion and revenue generation. Compensation is performance-linked and based on results through a percentage arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from initial planning through to final delivery.
• Align team members, assign tasks, and monitor completion timelines.
• Keep deliverables on track and provide clear status updates.
• Streamline processes to improve operational effectiveness.
• Contribute to initiatives that support business growth and scale.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in project management and team leadership, or an MBA qualification.
• Ability to juggle several priorities and projects at once.
• Prior exposure to performance-based or revenue-focused roles is an advantage.
• Strong sense of accountability and the ability to work independently toward outcomes.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Comfort working in a hybrid model with a mix of remote work and on-site presence when required.

Compensation
