Project Site Supervisor

About the Role

OsoolTree Company is hiring a practical, on-the-ground Project Site Supervisor to manage structural and finishing activities across residential projects in Riyadh. The role calls for constant site oversight, close coordination with contractors, and strong control over quality, schedule adherence, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

The right candidate will be organized, firm, highly attentive to detail, and comfortable maintaining discipline across active construction sites.

Key Duties

• Carry out routine inspections throughout structural and finishing phases of the project.
• Oversee the day-to-day work of contractors and subcontractors on site.
• Confirm that execution matches the sanctioned drawings and technical specifications.
• Keep a close watch on workmanship quality and escalate any non-compliance without delay.
• Compare actual site progress with the approved schedule and highlight slippages.
• Compile weekly status updates covering percentage completion, delays, risks, and supporting site photos.
• Track site remarks and observations until every item is fully resolved.
• Check completed work before any contractor payment is approved.
• Maintain safety compliance and a disciplined site environment at all times.
• Participate in coordination discussions and present concise progress updates to management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience supervising site work in residential developments.
• Solid understanding of structural and finishing works.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Good communication and report-writing abilities.
• A firm, detail-focused approach to site management.
• Capability to oversee multiple project locations within Riyadh.

This position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, on-site role.
