Role overview
In this Quantity Surveyor / Estimator position, you will support project delivery from a commercial and financial standpoint. The role involves estimating, valuation, reporting, and wider commercial administration across infrastructure-focused projects.
Key duties
- Develop project cost estimates, bills of quantities, and quotation documents.
- Handle subcontractor and supplier pricing, valuations, and related commercial reports.
- Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, variation submissions, and extension-of-time claims.
- Support tender preparation and contract administration tasks.
- Assist project teams with procurement, cost management, and broader commercial activities.
Required background and capabilities
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or another relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimating, or commercial management.
- Hands-on experience with BOQs, valuations, cost control, and subcontractor coordination.
- Exposure to construction, infrastructure, utilities, civil engineering, or electrical project environments.
- Strong commercial judgement and advanced Excel and reporting ability.
Compensation and benefits
- Annual salary in the range of €60,000 to €70,000, depending on experience.
