Role Overview
This position is focused on delivering attentive, ongoing client support in a virtual setting. You will work with people who have already expressed interest in life insurance information, helping them understand protection options that fit their needs and budget. The company provides complete training as well as support with licensing.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with warm leads through virtual meetings
- Explain life insurance and related financial protection choices to families
- Tailor coverage recommendations to each client’s situation and budget
- Guide clients through the application steps
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Work in line with company procedures and applicable regulations
Compensation
This role is paid entirely by commission. On average, a first contract sale pays about $600 to $800. Active agents may also receive a 5% increase every 2 to 3 months. There are no sales quotas. Earnings depend on performance, and the figures shared represent typical averages for active agents.
