Sales Assistant

Role overview

The Sales Assistant role is focused on putting the customer first at all times. You will interact with shoppers in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner, using product knowledge and service skills to create a positive in-store experience.

Key duties

• Deliver excellent service by keeping customer satisfaction as the top priority.
• Represent the store’s values in day-to-day work by being proud, energetic, imaginative, and community-minded.
• Respond to customer questions and requests quickly, professionally, and in line with store procedures.
• Maintain strong merchandising standards by keeping shelves stocked and the sales floor presented to a high standard.
• Stay open to new initiatives and adapt to updated ways of working.
• Support a fast-moving team environment and contribute wherever needed.
