Sales Associate - Full Time

Overview

This role is ideal for someone who naturally connects with customers in a retail setting and enjoys discussing athletic sneakers and apparel. You keep up with current styles, like sharing product knowledge, and are comfortable building friendly conversations with different types of shoppers. A big part of the job is helping customers find what they need, handling concerns calmly, and working closely with the store team while continuing to build your own sales-floor skills. Performance is evaluated through personal goals, productivity targets, and the quality of the in-store experience delivered to each customer.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by staying informed about the full product range and partnering with teammates to deliver strong sales support.
• Meet sales targets while also creating a smooth, positive store experience and following operational standards.
• Work toward individual performance and productivity objectives.
• Engage customers through open-ended questions so their needs can be understood more clearly.
• Learn product details and trend information so recommendations match customer preferences.
• Keep current on product knowledge as well as existing and upcoming styles or trends.
• Support a welcoming, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Between 0 and 3 years of retail experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and creating a higher-end shopping experience.
• Driven by customer interaction and interest in athletic products, with a strong desire to achieve results.
• Able to take initiative and complete tasks with little direct supervision.
• Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
