Role Overview
This is a full-time, office-based Sales Associate role in Bengaluru for candidates with at least 1 year of experience. The offered compensation is ₹3.6 LPA plus performance-based incentives.
What You Will Do
- Reach out to potential brand prospects through calls, email, WhatsApp, and social channels to start business conversations.
- Turn cold leads into meetings with key decision-makers and move them further into the sales process.
- Look for new campaign opportunities and identify briefs from brands that may need TWE’s services.
- Act as the main contact for B2B clients and help translate their business objectives into actionable creative work.
- Pass client requirements to internal creative teams in a clear and precise brief format.
- Identify upsell opportunities and suggest additional services or strategies to improve client outcomes.
- Track timelines closely so projects are delivered on schedule and to a high standard.
- Share performance updates and reports that demonstrate ROI and help strengthen client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing agency or another B2B client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and how it relies on trust, logic, and long-term value.
- Candidate must be based in Bangalore and ready to work from the office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle client conversations confidently.
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills, with the ability to stay organized under pressure.
