Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Arab Emirates. The Sales Coordinator will assist the sales function by organizing schedules, monitoring sales-related activity, and keeping communication flowing smoothly with clients. The position also includes preparing reports, updating customer records, supporting day-to-day sales operations, handling inquiries, and helping the team work toward business targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Well-developed abilities in organization and time planning
- Clear written and spoken communication skills
- Experience managing data, preferably using CRM tools
- Understanding of sales methods and approaches
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building mindset
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline is preferred
- Background in healthcare or medical sales coordination is considered an advantage
