About the Role

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts EMEA is hiring a Sales Manager for its Doha, Qatar property. The role focuses on driving revenue, building business demand, and supporting the hotel’s occupancy goals through proactive account management and new business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute sales plans that support revenue growth and occupancy objectives for the hotel.
  • Source and win new business from corporate, government, leisure, airline, and travel trade markets.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with current clients, major accounts, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
  • Carry out regular client visits, sales calls, presentations, and property walkthroughs.
  • Discuss and finalize contracts, pricing, and commercial terms in line with the hotel’s revenue approach.
  • Draft and share sales proposals, quotations, and contract documents.
  • Work closely with Reservations, Front Office, and Marketing teams to maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Track market movements, competitor activity, and guest demand to uncover new business prospects.
  • Represent the hotel at trade events, networking functions, and sales trips.
  • Oversee corporate accounts while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Produce monthly sales updates, forecasts, and market insights for management review.
  • Measure performance against budget and take corrective action when results fall short.
  • Keep all sales activity accurately updated in the CRM system.
  • Address client issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow hotel policies, brand standards, and ethical business requirements.
  • Take on additional tasks assigned by the Director of Sales or General Manager.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales.
  • Prior experience in a hotel environment is preferred.
