About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Consultant to join our team in Chennai. This role focuses on optimizing the Order to Cash process within SAP, ensuring efficient order processing, billing, and cash application.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the timely processing of customer orders and the application of cash receipts.
- Liaise effectively with the sales department regarding customer orders and payment statuses.
- Implement and maintain SAP OTC best practices to enhance the efficiency of billing operations.
