Role overview
This position provides dedicated secretarial and administrative support to two Directors in Singapore. The role focuses on keeping calendars, meetings, documents, office systems, and day-to-day operational support running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the Directors’ calendars, meetings, and related activities, resolving clashes and keeping schedules efficient.
- Prepare meeting packs and other administrative materials needed by the Directors in advance.
- Maintain the safe recording, tracking, and handling of classified papers and assets assigned to the Directors.
- Oversee office administration and help ensure workplace equipment continues to function properly.
- Handle operational support tasks for the Directors, including claims submissions, pass applications, and event registrations.
- Provide administrative and logistics assistance to the wider department as needed.
Requirements
- A diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Solid planning and organisational capability to handle several tasks and pieces of information at once.
- Comfortable using IT tools and digital systems with confidence.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and able to perform well in a fast-moving environment.
