Role Overview
Protect Middle East LLC is hiring a Site Document Controller to manage project documentation for construction operations in Dubai. The role focuses on keeping records accurate, current, traceable, and easy for relevant teams to access.
Document Management
- Run the central document register and make sure all records remain current and readily available.
- Prepare prequalification packages and material submittals.
Coordination and Support
- Work with contractors, consultants, and both internal and external project teams to help documents move through submission and approval on time.
- Offer administrative assistance to engineers and managers whenever needed.
Archiving and Retrieval
- Keep digital and paper archives orderly and well maintained.
- Support quick retrieval of documents for stakeholders as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, or a similar discipline, is required.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Document Controller in the UAE construction sector is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with document control systems is important.
- Strong organization and close attention to detail are necessary for the role.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills are expected.
