About the Role
We are seeking a Software Test Engineer - AI Trainer to support the development of advanced AI systems. You will join a fast-growing coding community of more than 100,000 professionals, including front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and other engineers who contribute to practical AI improvements.
The role combines flexibility with technical challenge. You will collaborate with modern AI models on programming assignments such as creating and solving complex coding problems, developing polished applications with rich features, and extracting insights through data analysis and visualisation. Your contributions help improve intelligent systems that continue to learn and adapt.
Some contributors use this opportunity alongside a full-time job, while others make it their main focus and choose projects and working times based on their own availability.
How the Process Works
To begin, you create an account and complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid tasks will be unlocked on the platform.
Work Model and Compensation
This is an independent contracting arrangement. You can select the projects you want to take on and decide when you work. Work is done on your own computer, from home, according to your schedule. Pay starts at hourly rates of $50 to $100+, with higher compensation available for certain projects.
Responsibilities
Your main focus will be on creating training material for AI systems, particularly around Android-related development work.
- Develop and solve a wide variety of coding challenges used for AI training.
- Produce clean code examples along with well-explained walkthroughs.
- Review AI-written code for correctness, speed, and readability.
- Share feedback that helps improve future AI model performance.
Qualifications
Applicants should have strong English communication skills and a solid technical background. Kotlin experience is preferred, and you should also be comfortable with at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
Strong writing ability and proper grammar are important for this role. A bachelor’s degree, either completed or currently being pursued, is required. Prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is an advantage.
Additional Information
Payment is processed through PayPal, and the company will never request any money from applicants. Any currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal. This role is open only to candidates based in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Applicants outside these locations will not be able to access work or assessments at this time.
