직무 설명
Job Overview
This role involves carrying out LV and HV coil winding for oil-cooled and dry-type transformers, with careful attention to design requirements, accuracy, and testing norms.
Key Responsibilities
- Wind coils for distribution and power transformers rated up to 5 MVA.
- Use winding machines, tensioning systems, and insulation-related tools and equipment.
- Work in line with engineering drawings and specified design values.
- Ensure all work meets quality benchmarks under IS/IEC standards.
- Manage tap leads, interlayer insulation, and support the core assembly process.
- Track material usage and keep the shop floor organized and disciplined.
Requirements
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of copper and aluminum winding processes, along with insulation materials.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and winding data sheets.
