직무 설명
Role Overview
This position supports plant laboratory and R&D activities by ensuring accurate testing, timely reporting, strong documentation, and disciplined control over laboratory resources. The role is focused on routine sample analysis, compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement across plant and lab operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out timely analysis and reporting for incoming raw materials, plant process samples, and finished products.
- Maintain full compliance with shift activities by completing analysis and reporting within the required timelines.
- Prepare job safety analyses, standard work instructions, and standard operating procedures for all laboratory-related activities.
- Handle ISO-related documentation and maintain accurate records and data logs.
- Monitor the inventory of chemicals and glassware closely to avoid shortages or misuse.
- Track glassware usage and chemical waste on an ongoing basis.
- Support the plant in maintaining basic conditions and 5S standards by identifying improvement areas through Basic Condition Evaluation.
- Help reduce chronic issues, waste, and losses by supporting modification work and corrective improvements.
- Plan and execute activities required for obtaining NABL accreditation for coal, alumina, and bauxite testing.

The role involves repeated monitoring of chemicals and glassware inventory and a strong focus on documentation, laboratory discipline, and accreditation readiness. The position is based in Jharkhand and is required to be performed on-site.
