About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition for a well-established IT services company. The intern will engage in various phases of the recruitment process supporting clients primarily in IT, pharma, and BFSI sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to clarify job requirements and open positions.
- Conduct candidate searches to develop a qualified pool of applicants.
- Evaluate resumes and conduct initial assessments of candidates.
- Perform pre-screening phone interviews to ascertain candidate suitability.
- Present candidate lists to senior stakeholders and ensure follow-up until position closure.
- Generate recruitment reports and management information systems (MIS) as scheduled.
- Research and identify optimal recruitment channels and methods for candidate attraction.
- Create recruitment advertisements and email campaigns for open roles.
- Maintain communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status.
- Undertake other recruitment-related tasks as delegated.

- Potential job offer upon successful conversion with an annual salary ranging between ₹240,000 and ₹360,000.
