Role overview
This position is an individual contributor role that operates with limited supervision. The role primarily supports day-to-day production activities.
Core responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, and run machines and equipment while adhering to production schedules and quality requirements.
- Track production activity closely and take action to keep processes running smoothly.
- Diagnose and fix technical issues on the product line or within the process to reduce reject rates.
- Support overall manufacturing output by resolving process-related problems in a timely manner.
Qualifications
A technical diploma or equivalent qualification is required. The role also calls for at least 2 years of relevant experience.
