직무 설명
Role Overview
The Training Coordinator for the electricity function will support the planning and delivery of vocational learning initiatives in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on candidate assessment, program coordination, stakeholder communication, and ensuring that all training activities align with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the screening, assessment, and shortlisting of candidates for training opportunities.
- Organize and oversee vocational training programs from coordination through execution.
- Work closely with both internal teams and outside partners to keep training initiatives running smoothly.
- Make sure all activities follow ISO, quality assurance, risk management, and information security management system requirements.
- Follow all company policies related to health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Certificate in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development.
- Specialization certificate in Learning and Development.
- Strong command of both English and Arabic, written and spoken.
Additional Information
This position is based in Qatar and is offered as a 3-year contract.
