Role overview

LW Architecture is seeking a driven and positive planner to become part of its 20+ person team, which includes architects, planners, civil engineers, structural engineers, and landscape designers. The role offers the chance to contribute within a multidisciplinary setting alongside a strong design-focused group.

You will be involved in a range of high-quality residential and commercial projects across Auckland and the surrounding area.

What you will need

• A tertiary-level background in urban planning, resource management, or another closely related discipline recognised by NZPI.
• Practical understanding of the Resource Management Act 1991.
• A cooperative approach and the ability to work well with both people and technical matters.
• The confidence to take ownership, spot issues early, and work toward practical solutions.
• Mandarin language ability is preferred because many clients speak Mandarin, though it is not mandatory.
