Role Summary
This remote, full-time leadership position is for a Vice President of Operations who will own daily operational performance, oversee profit and loss responsibilities, shape and execute strategic initiatives, strengthen customer service delivery, and lead important business projects. The role requires close coordination with teams across functions to keep operations running smoothly and to support ongoing growth, all while staying aligned with the company’s core mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor everyday business operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Manage P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, financial planning, and progress toward business goals.
- Design and implement strategic plans that support operational and organizational objectives.
- Improve customer experience by ensuring high service standards and effective issue resolution.
- Drive major projects from planning through completion, making sure timelines and outcomes are met.
- Work with cross-functional teams to keep workflows aligned and business operations well coordinated.
- Support business expansion while maintaining focus on company values and service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong background in operations management, including oversight of complete business processes and process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with P&L management, financial planning, budgeting, and target achievement.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to translate strategy into operational plans and business outcomes.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- At least 10 years of senior leadership experience in operations, ideally within financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related area; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
