A digital growth marketing company that supports mission-driven founders is hiring a compact team of highly capable executive assistants. The role combines executive support with marketing coordination, helping keep priorities organized, systems running smoothly, and leadership focused on growth rather than daily execution.
Employment details
This is a part-time role with the possibility of moving into full-time work later. The starting pay is USD 500 per month, with the potential to grow to USD 700 per month as the candidate develops into a stronger leader within the company. The team is looking to add up to 5 people.
Experience and background sought
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience across digital marketing, video editing, social media management, content creation, and executive assistant support such as admin work, calendar handling, and email management.
- At least 1 year of experience with sales funnels and Shopify, along with familiarity with CRM and funnel-related software.
- At least 1 year of experience running ads on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ideally within a marketing team that includes paid acquisition, organic marketing, customer retention, and product marketing.
- Experience building standard operating procedures and documentation for repeatable, scalable work.
- Background working with digital or online products and platforms, including tools such as Shopify, ConvertKit, Kajabi, Teachable, LearnWorlds, and Calendly.

The right person is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing both marketing deliverables and executive support, and able to keep projects moving without constant supervision. The company values people who notice gaps, improve systems, and create results proactively.
Training and skill development
Selected hires will go through robust training and, after one week of training and assessment, will be certified through the company’s internal program. The training covers task and calendar management, launch and sales strategy planning, sales funnel setup for e-commerce or service businesses, social media management, digital media marketing including email and SMS, and lead generation.
