Role overview
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will shape an appealing and consistent in-store experience by applying visual standards and supporting commercial performance. Working in line with the company’s values, you will help drive both customer engagement and business results.
What you will do
- Apply visual, commercial, and styling presentations according to store guidelines and planning calendars to improve the shopping experience and support sales.
- Review sales results, keep stock at healthy levels, care for garments properly, and spot priority visual and commercial opportunities together with store management.
- Use knowledge of trends and competitors to guide and develop the store team so they can deliver a strong customer experience.
- Represent both yourself and the brand professionally in every customer interaction.
- Assist the Sales Market team with store expansion initiatives.
Who you will work with
You will be part of the store team, working alongside roles such as Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office Responsible, Delivery Responsible, and other Visual Merchandisers in larger stores. You will also coordinate with the wider Area Team to exchange insights and support shared success across stores.

Additional information
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. The position reports to the Store Manager.
